凱蒂食記：瞞著爹柚shabu：自從在網絡上看過別人的食記後就一直想試試看，於是就找了姐妹們去嘗鮮。跟其他火鍋一樣，一開始會先上菜盤，不一樣的是除了菜盤外還有澎湃的生魚片組合。瞞著爹最有名的就是他們的生魚片。接下來上的就是今晚的主角，豪華海鮮盤！哇噻！四人份的放在一起，堆的像一座山一樣！裡面有帶有蟹膏的螃蟹，XL 號明蝦，超級大蛤蜊，時令魚片，烏蔘等等。最多是花枝，大家都沒特別愛，所以幾乎全剩。當我們已經飽到要爆了，店員還開始幫我們煮黃金稀飯。每次吃shabu最愛的就是最後的那碗粥，所以在怎麼飽也還是塞了一碗下肚。有了它，才有ending 的感覺。Katherine's food diary: yo shabu: ever since I read about this place online, it has been on my to try list. I finally went with three other girl friends . Just like other nabe places, first they serve you a plate of seasonal vegetables. One thing different in yo though, was that other than the veggies, they offer a small selection of sashimi which they had been well known for. After finishing our sashimi, then comes the reason for what we came for, the seafood platter! All four of ours had been put together therefore the plate looks like it's piled like a hill. The seafood plate consists of crab, XL shrimp, clam, and various fish slices. There's also a lot of squid which we rarely eaten since none of us is a fan of squid. Just when we are so full to have any more food, they start cooking congee with our seafood broth. Albeit our exploding stomach, we still managed to each have a bowl of the delicious congee, after all, congee is the best ending to a shabu.
